Returns & Refund Policy
Standard Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns are accepted by mail. There is no restocking fee.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Mood Mod will pay the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you will receive it much faster. This time period includes:
- Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return.
- Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days for our team to process the return.
- Bank Processing: 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product. The Mood Mod team will respond quickly with instructions on how to send your items back.

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Delivery Estimates
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen provider, shipping date estimates may appear directly on the shipping quotes page.
How Rates Are Calculated
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all item weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the United States.
International Orders
For orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order or shipping total, and delivery may take longer due to customs processing.
